Applicants must be willing to meet the following requirements:

• Philippine citizen residing in the Philippines
• Provide proof of education (graduate of any allied health profession) or training certificates (US healthcare insurance, medical transcription, etc)
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as driver’s license, passport, or professional license)
• Submit an NBI clearance
• Must be able to work on night shifts and weekends (Our clients are US-based)
• Must be able to communicate and write well in English
• Must have a webcam, headset and a quiet working environment
• Must have knowledge with medical terminologies and practices

• Must have access to backup power in case of bad weather

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

• Operating System: Windows 10 Home or higher/Pro at 64-bit - *Genuine
• CPU: Intel Core i5 8th gen and above or similar
• Memory: at least 6GB RAM
• Internet subscription/speed: At least 15 mbps (DSL/Fiber only)
• LTE connection not accepted
